iPad event

I've had today's iPad event on in the background while doing some grunt work preparing icons for a new app. I personally don't use an iPad; I have a 5th gen iPad mini in a drawer that I use for development and hopefully won't need to buy a new one anytime soon. The iPad is a fantastic device for a certain type of user, but I tend to spend any sitting leisure time reading, and an e-ink device is by far the best device for consuming text. For anyone who isn't involved in creating videos or graphics they seem like massively overpowered. Maybe next month's WWDC will reveal why these tablets need an M4, beyond the new and shiny factor!
